Hi

Ex emailed to say received divorce petition and signed answered everything etc.

Apparantly he doesn't know the address of the court so asked if he could give to me to return....

I agreed as then I can check he has completed everything correctly etc.

Question is - can I take it to the court and sign my affadavit whilst I am there? Also need to pay fee again as looks like my cheque for petition may have bounced as ex didn't stump up his half of fee as promised.

Can I do this all together? Court closed so can't ring them until Monday.

Many thanks
