Hi

quick question...

If the court bayliff has been trying to serve papers and the other party will not even answer the door... whats the next step? The bayliff cannot get to the party at times that they are available i.e at work etc as the bayliff him/herself is otherwise busy.. what can I do next

its very confusing?

thank you

Its probably better to use a process server for the job, if they can`t catch them at home or work and they are making every effort to avoid service the bailiff or server signs affidavits to the effect that every effort was made, the court them deem or dispense service meaning the divorce proceeds regardless.
