ok

So quick question.

Do I include a copy of my Decree Nisi in with my application for the Decree Absolute (can't remember the name of the form)?

And

Does anyone know what the current cost is as it seems like some of the other costs have gone up

Oops that was two questions...

Thanks in advance

No. You put the date ofthe Nisi on the form, and if it was made more than 12 months ago you need to do a covering letter saying why the dealy (e.g. sorting out finances) and confirming that you and your ex have not cohabited or had another child since the date of the nisi)

The fee is £45
