Hi all. First post & new to this so please be gentle :)

I am just filling in my D8 and have hit a bit of a stumbling block at question 13 - Particulars.

We are seperating after 2 year seperation with consent & am just looking for a bit of advise as to what sort of info to include in this section. I am guessing when we split, dates we stopped living together etc but any help from your experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Hello and welcome :)

On (date) the Petitioner and respondent separated and since that date have not lived together.

And thats it.

Hello, and welcome to wiki.

Use section 13 for the unreasonable behavior bit or in your case seperated for 2 years.

Regards
