Hi does anyone know if the divorce petition can be sent back without the Ancillary Relief bit filled in - am just divorcing first and sorting finances out later so havnt got that bit sorted yet ??

can i petition for divorce without having to do that now

yes. If there is a matrimonial home it makes sense to put the address in, but leaving in the claim for AR does not start any clock running, or compel you to take any other action about the finances.
