In Q7 the form asks about payment towards the upkeep of the children.

The way the form is written it assumes the Petitioner is the PWC?????

In this scenario the petitioner is the NRP - does the NRP still complete the form?

If the NRP (Petitioner) pays Mortgage/Bills/DDs etc. for the STBX in leiu of CM but does not actually make payments as a DD or SO which is listed CM, how can this be written on the form?

Do they have to tick the box that says CM hasn't been agreed?

Do you complete the form with what you are providing now or what it may change during the divorce (eg. if Respondent applies to CSA, the petitioner couldn't afford mortgage/bills/DD AND CSA, so would need to cancel the former agreement)

Also the children have decided they do not want to spend time with or see the NRP, how can this be written in Q8?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Yes, Petitioner still needs to complete the SoA.

In the upkeep part, put "The children live with the Respondent mother/father (as applicable). The Petitioner mother/father currently supports them by paying the mortgage / bills for the benefot of the childnre and of the respondent.

In Q8 put something along the lines that the childnre live with the mother/father and that while the father/mother would wish to spend time with them, tnhat the children at rpesent don't want contact and that the parents have agreed to respect their wishes.
