Hi all,

i am going through the paperwork for my divorce, and had some questions re the statement of arrangements for the children.

We are currently living in the same house, soi am unsure what to put into the form.

My stbx has become very intractable and withdrawn since i have started asserting my own control over my life and started living my own life. She refuses to talk to me - wont disucuss anything!!!

Peter,

As I recall you put down what arrangements for the children you have agreed. If you have agreed none and despite your, or mutual endeavours, cannot agree then put down what arrangements you consider to be fair and go for that.

Your xtb will either accept or it will become on eof the issues to be decided by the court.

Hi there

If you cant get your stbx to talk and agree what will happen, just put what you would like to happen on the form, making clear that the arragements you are suggesting are future arrangements on the basis you are still in the same house.

My ex2b filled in minimum he could my sol said court what to see an idea of what will happen in the future so dont get bogged down in detail. I agreed to what he wanted 5hrs each Saturday so it was easy really.Ex2b declared he would pay school fees and hasnt so this may be a future issue.
Send me a pm if u like cant give too many egs here but know a fair bit
