My STBX has threatened to halt our divorce application because i have said I am applying for Ancillary Relief. If he does so before the court receives my application, does anyone know what will happen please?

If he withdraws his Petition then presumably you would have to apply for divorce yourself and wait until you got the Decree Nisi before applying for Ancillary Relief. But he can't stop it indefinitely.

Best wishes,
Sadie
