I am collecting the mind boggling information required for sorting out the finances, guided by what is required for form E. Since it looks as though we are going to be amicable and intend to draw up a fair settlement for rubber stamping into a Consent Order, is it really necessary for us to actually do Form E or is there a fast track straight to draft consent order route?

Hello Pixy

If you can agree and provide each other with full disclosure then you can avoid the 28 page nightmare that is form E.

All you need is form D81 statement of information for consent and it takes ten minutes tops to complete - you both complete it and send it with the consent order with £45 made out to HMCS.

Or

Use the wiki service (£139) and they do it all for you (D81 and consent order)
