This is for the new Apr'11 D8 form. If there aren't any, do I just leave this blank or do I tick box 1 (There are and/or have been) and box 7 (no other proceedings in any court in England and Wales or elsewhere.) Thanks

Hi,
Assume this isnt based on 5 yrs seperation? If not then there is a box to tick which states "no other proceedings in any court in England and Wales or elsewhere". Tick this one.

Regards
DA

Based on UB, thank you, I have ticked the 'no other proceeding' box only now. Very close to filing - hopefully will get the courage to go to court and file this week.
