Although my STBX is respondent, I usually have to do all the work, so asking the questions for him.
Q 1B (b) - Does domiciled mean the country you were born in.
On Nationality - we have dual nationality - UK and another european, does he state both or just UK (what does this matter anyway?)

Q6 - I, the Petitioner am paying the court fee and am not claiming cost in the Petition, should he put N/A here or 'No'

Q9 - Where does he sign - I assume 9(a) as none of us have a solicitor.
