Hi,

I'm just filling out my D80A form (Affidavit in support of Divorce-Adultery)

Has it witnessed and filled out most of the sections.

Q1:Just wondered if I'm meant to actually write 'A' on my husbands signature on the supporting D10 form? In this form he agress to everything.

Q2: Am i supposed to attach the statement of children again and identify his signature 'B' on that too?

Q3: Also, what about 'C'?

Many thanks,
