I don`t know if all members know but Wiki has a telephone helpline, i wonder has anyone used it and if so what did you think of it?.

All comments are welcome good or bad, it would just be interesting to know.

Feedback is an excellent way for us to a) know how we are doing, b)pick up on ways we can improve our service to callers and c)get an over-all picture of how people use the helpline and their impressions of the call and advice/information received.

As Dukey says, all comments are welcomed :)

Hi
I have just had a 30 minute conversation with Wiki telephone helpline and learnt so much. After having 2 free half hours with local solicitors who both had conflicting advice i know what i should be entitled to and how to get started.
Would advise anyone who phones to write all your questions down first that you want to ask. I expected a lot of legal jargon but he explained everything so simply even i could understand it.
The future looks a bit better now.

This may be because it is Bank Holiday weekend?

Is there anything you need urgent help with that may be answered on the forum?

Hi Hadenoughnow,

I have just been contacted by a lovely man from the helpline and I just wanted to say that after having sleepless nights for a long time and feeling that things were beyond me - this man has single-handedly changed that all around and explained in a lovely calm manner what the reality of my situation is - rather than my paranoid view of it all.

Thankyou so much to the person who has helped me and I will keep you updated as and when. We are now off to have a lovely day out as my shoulders feel somewhat lighter.

Thankyou thankyou thankyou.
