Has any members been successful with an EX160 fee remission application.

If so how long did it take to process and how much discount did you get.

If it was refused how long did the application take to process.

Awful form. It was designed to put people off making an application.

I think the court staff have difficulties interpreting the rules which leads to a delay in processing the form. The last one I saw was processed 6 weeks after it was submitted and immediately returned unprocessed as the financial documentation was more than a month old. It would have been funny had it not caused unnecessary cost to the client..
