It's been more than 8 months since I started proceedings but the respondent keeps hoping to frustrate proceedings by playing deaf and dumb.

She received divorce petition from court, from court bailiff, and from private process server. Still, she is not responding?

What is the next step for me to take to move the process forward?

Thankyou

Hi,

So she has actually been served by a court baliff right. If this is the case you can instruct your solicitor to arrange a court hearing. The more a person pushes against the legal system, the worse the outcome can become for them. In some cases a judge will order on financial matters on their behalf. Courts dont like time wasting and this seems to be the case here.
