Got our Nisi date this morning. 4th April. However, I am away on holiday then and I really wanted to submit our Consent Order as soon as the Nisi was confirmed. Could I submit the Consent Order before I go away on the 2nd April or will the court throw it out because it''s before the Nisi hearing? Or will they keep hold of it until after the hearing?
