What happens if i dont complete Section 3 on D8

Hi All

My x and I are self repping amicably, i am acting as Petitioner and we will be looking to arrange financials via a Consent Order to which we have both agreed the terms but not completed.

We have equal residence with both children and are not persuing spousal or child any payments against each other for the childrean as we both work and are happy that we are covering our own costs.

Do I really need to tick all the boxes in parts a & b as many seem to refer to here. What happens if i dont ( guessing that the respondent could if i dont and i will negate any right)

We really dont want the courts settling things and just want to get divorce forms in and then the consent to follow and to be bound in the NISI...

Yes you tick all the boxes, but it doesn''t mean the court will settle things. lt just means all the options are left open and then when the consent order is sealed future claims are dismissed.

I thought section 3 was jurisdiction or have they changed it again, i tried looking at the wiki D8 but its not working.
