Help with D8 part 10

I am filling in my D8 and in part 10 section 3 under financial order I have ticked all the boxes in part (a).

In part (b) for children, there are tick boxes for:
a periodical payments order
a secured provision order
a lump sum order
a property adjust ment order

What do these mean?
We have already divided assets by mutual agreement and we already have a private agreement regarding child maintenance in place and this will be in our Consent Order which has been drafted.

Do I leave these unticked?

They are potential provisions or orders you rely on if the matter is contested in court.

For you this is not the case so you can, leave them all blank, or tick all of them bar MPS, what you must not do is rule through them.
