Hi all.
Could you please help me out with D8 part 6
statement of case ?

"Respondent and Petitioner agreed to be separated after 4 years of marriage.
petitioner moved out marital home on 10th December 2009.
Respondent and petitioner have not lived together as husband and wife for 2 years and 10months abd both parties consent to a divorce"

Do you guys think this is acceptable ?

I would add - Petitioner moved out of MH on 10th December 2009 and has not returned since. (just to emphasise that there has been no reconciliation in the interim time-window - but obviously don''t write that bit!) Also add, the marriage has irretrievably broken down as either first or last sentence, but stick it in!

But non-contested divorce on 2 years sep, I don''t think you''ll have a problem, though no sep agreement, but since you don''t seem to be going for AR, quite straight forward. :)
