I was recently married and wife left after 10 weeks. she left and withdrew 70,000 dollars from a savings account that contained money saved by me long before we married. She never made a deposit into this account and has kept all of her earnings. my question is, even though she was placed on the account as a designator, is she entitled to any of my savings in such a short marriage? currently there is a motion to force repayment of funds.
