Hi Can anyone please help, I was granted a Decree Nisi in 2009 and really want to finalise my divorce. Iv sent off the D36 to the court however I didnt have a case reference number so wondering (presumibly) that this will be unacceptable.

Can anyone confirm and advise, if I have to pay for a search to be done how long this takes?

My current partner and I were hoping to marry on March 21st (Our 5 year anniversary).

Thanks

But you must know, you need to add it to all the forms, which you have.

With no case number the form will be sent back.

The case numbers is on all the correspondence sent by court, every letter has it at the top.
