H and i have Managed to agree money and the split of the house etc between us so i need advice on where do i go from here. Would like to get everything in writing and sort out divorce as soon as i can and as cheaply as i can. Can i get some advice on how to do this?

To make your agreement legally binding, you will need a Consent Order. I would suggest the Wikivorce solicitor managed fixed-price CO at £139 - you will a solicitor to write up the CO for you due the complexities of the legalities in it.
