Hi,

Today the court - by letter - has set our Decree Nisi hearing for 30th November. The letter states that we have enough evidence to allow this to be granted.

My question is when do I instruct our solicitor (DIY divorce) to send our already signed Consent Order to the court? Now or do we have to wait till the day after the court date?

Many Thanks
