Your respective ages;
Me 30
stbx 27

The number of children you have and their ages;
One boy aged 5
One girl aged 2

How many nights the children spend with each parent;
They spend 6 out of 14 nights with me the remainder with stbx

The length of your marriage and any period of pre marriage cohabitation;
Separated just prior to three year anniversary last year, now coming up to 4
Co hab 2 years

Your respective incomes;
Mine 30k per annum
Hers unknown (self employed in start up year 2)

Your respective outgoings;
Mine approx 1800 per month (incl. child maint)
Hers unknown (she lives with new partner in rented home)

Your assets - both soley held and joint;
Joint account 6k (I've paid some loan money into it so that I can buy her our of her share of the house
House was valued at 180 in Dec last year (me thinks prob less than 170k now)

Your liabilities.
Loan (in my name to buy her out and consolidate some of my credit card debt and overdraft from marriage) 15k
Her credit cards 3k
Her account 0.5k
Mortgage 147k

Some additional notes - She receives all Child tax credits and child benefit (for both children) should this go into the "pot"??
She lives with her new partner who helps fund the rented house.
She will more than likely never be able to purchase a house (he not well paid job and other issues).

I have a mortgage offer of 147 to take over the FMH, hence the need for the loan to buy her out of the house rather than on top of the mortgage.
I will struggle to get any 3 bed house cheaper than 140 in the area I live so am trying to buy her originally it would be 6k and then a further 9k, but I am not certain now if due to the housing market this is fair).

Neither of us bought into the marriage anything of significance, I have a very small pension of £300.00 that I no longer pay into

She believes in split of 50:50 so think is suitable.

i have put in a previous that I am unsure as to going to sol as people can see from here there really isn't much money in the divorce
