Hello.

I am trying to find out more about the DIY divorce services offered on this site. The links only show Consent Orders, is there anywhere else I can get the information?

Is it possible to get a consent order ratified before the divorce is finalised?

Many Thanks.

Unless there is a pension sharing order It's possible for the court to approve a consent order to come into effect after the nisi but before the absolute. D183 guidance and form D8application for petition for England and Wales are available here;
