Hi Guys,
I must say this site has been such help already. This is all very new to me.
Can I post my Pestition to the Principal Registry or do I need to take it there in person?
Also in case of adultry. Do I need proof even though he has admitted and agreed to an amicable divorce. Will one or two sentences do?
Thanks a lot.

Hello

Yes you can post it to the nearest court there is a list on the main page.

If he agreas and admits the AD you dont need proof or to name the other person, be sure he will agrea it though or you may have to petition for UB down the line.

Hi there

I wouldnt recommend anyone files in the PR - it is the busiest court in the country, which means it is by far the slowest.

Thanks Amanda,
I'll have to find another court. Will I at any time have to go to the court for anything or can I do it all from home during all the process?
thanks
K
