My partner agreed financial matters informally with his ex and paid for a Consent Order to be drafted.

Now she has turned around and is not signing it - not based on what is in it - as she is doing very well but only because she is being obstructive and wants to cause us as much grief as possible.

What can be done to get her to sign it?

Nothing.
You can only lead the horse to water, you cant force it to drink. If she wont sign, ultimately court proceedings are the only way to end it.

That's what I thought. Could costs be awarded against her if she is delaying for no reason?
