Hi! I am new on this forum! Me and my husband have recently separated and he is very eager to pay the full mortgage, even though he knows it is nearly double what he is required by law to pay. He at the moment, is paying all the bills etc. too, although I don't expect that to carry on.. It was his decision to leave me and the children, not mine. I just wondered being that he is paying the said amount, can I get him to sign something to make it legally binding? Or do I just hope for the best?? Any help on this matter would be great, as i'm really worrying about the financial side, let alone the fact he has left me. Many thanks
