just found out in court x2b remortgaged our FH without telling me in 2003. In court he said it was a joint decision. How can I proove I dont know anything about the mortgage.

Well quite simply....is the mortgage in joint names, if it isnt then he can do whatever. If it is then he would need your signiture so he must have forged it which is fraud.
