can my ex keep dropping the price of our home without my approval? he is doing this as his soon to be wife works for a solisitor and seems to have her in his 'pocket' I get letters like other people get junk mail. I have gone along with a lot because I cannot afford a solisitor, and he knows it.
I am in such a dillema as he keeps bullying me and I am at the point where I know that he is allright, more than allright, and his children and I are really suffering; eg have gone through all last winter without heating, he did offer to put the kids maintenance money into the oil tank, but I then would not have been able to pay bills, help?????

Oh dear, that sounds awful- poor you!
Why not post up all the financial details for specific advice from the experts on site? As for the house price- are you eligible for legal aid? You sound like you need at least some initial advice- there is a low cost helpline number on this site. Please dont let him bully you any more- there are ways you can fight back, and your childrens' needs are the priority.
