Hi Dave

I haven't but courts like it if people try mediation.

One of the reasons divorce is so painful is that one person in a marriage has usually decided the marriage is over long before they've told the other person. So one is wanting to get the divorce sorted and the other is still reeling in shock.

hi dave

i would advice anyone to try mediation as it can help to make the process more amicable and its a lot cheaper then the courts, i went with x2b and it did get us talking to each other it only fell apart when she then went to her solicitor for advice.
