Dear all on this site,
I have just come a cross this site as I need help because I've never had to go down this road before and really do not know what I'm intitled to.
My partner and I have been together for nearly 17 years, I am engaged to him (since 2001!) but not married as he has all ways put that off (now I know why!!) I am on the mortage (but does that mean anything with not being married??)
We have a child who is over 2 years old who we both love very dearly.
Since being a full-time mother I do not get and house keeping and feel trapped in the house.
He also has a house that he rents out, and I am the secterary for the business (though I've never had an income from that either!)
What I would like to know from any of you is what am I entitled to or is it different with a child??
Many thanks to all, this is a big headache and nightmare!
