Spearated from wife, in the Petition she says she is a house wife, but has always worked.

She was made redundant, and not stay at home.

Hi,

If you disagree with any of the contents you can pen a letter to her solicitor. It would be unwise to contest the divorce based on this point alone.

i suppose technically atm she is a housewife?

It would be worth clarifying the issue as accepting the point now might cause difficulties in Ancillary Relief proceedings. You need only confirm that she is currently a houswife following redundancy on whatever date.
