Hi,

I am now seperated from my long term partner of 10 years but still living together. I have a child that is 4 years old and i gave up working when she was born as my wife earned more than i did so i acted as a stay at home dad to cover child care costs. We have now seperated and she has put the house up for sale and is moving away with my child the house is up for £200,000 and there is £145,000 equity. Am i entitiled to any of this or does she walk away with the lot? We are not married.

thanks for your help.

Are you working now? Are you still able to be the main carer?
