Hello

I am after some advise. My Ex is still living in the FMH. I said she can have the house if she can afford Mortage. (I have asked for nothing). Anyway she cant afford Mortage. I now want to sell the Property. I need a Order of Sale Form. Can anyone tell me the name of the form so I can download it of the Court Website.

Thanks
Simon

hi,

Have you gone through divorce? Assets like the house are divided up at this stage and if your ex cannot afford the house it may have to be a judge who decides it sells. Do you have any kind of Consent Order stating the house be transfered to your ex?
