Hi
Me and my partner split up 2 years ago. We''d lived together 3 years and have a mortgage. He left and i carried on paying the mortgage on my own. I am just in process of changing the tenancy to tenants in common with a 99-1% split to me which he has agreed (I cant afford to remortgage on my own yet so this covers my back abit that majority is mine). However when i do finally get him off the mortgage can anyone tell me what is 1% entitlement would be?

It will be 1% of the value of the property at the time, so the sooner you buy him out the better.
