Hi again. Just wondering what is likely to happen! My STBX has decided he wants to take me to court over finances as he thinks I may be dishonest on my form E! I have disclosed EVERYTHING, he is yet to supply his but i know he wont declare his 4 saving accounts ! Been granted Nisi on 21st nov and he was ordered to pay all my costs.... I offered him £10,000 but now my solicitor is saying I should offer him nothing! H short marriage of 4 yrs 9 mths, no children, I have a 12 yr old, he earns twice my salary, £140,000 equty when sell house. I currently live in it, he lives back with ex wife! I bought £200,000 into marriage, he bought £20,000. He has savings of £6,000 I have none. We have 4,000 joint debt. I really don''t want to be spending another few thousand on court fees, is it likely to go all the way? Will I have to pay for it all?
