My ex moved out over a year ago having her second affair. I have been paying the repayment mortgage for 14 months and i am looking to ring fence this. Our son lives with me and it is a very important time in his life first year A levels and he does not need any more upset. Can i delay seling the house until he has finished education? I am looking for a 70%- 30% split as i have been both parents to him and looked after the house, is this possible?

You need to post a lot more details about ages, incomes and assets for someone to comment.

You wont be able to ring fence your mortgage contributions for last 14 months. It is usual for whoever stays to pay the mortgage.
