Ok so the divorce ball Is rolling after 3 1/2 years of being separated.
The soon to be ex and I have 2 children (8 and 13) she does not work and I give £500 a month child support.
We have both moved on, and she''s agreed to divorce. She''s said she doesn''t want my pension just £3000 settlement which I will happily do. (She already got the house and car.)
Question is how would I have it set so she can''t come back when I retire and ask for a share of my pension or come back and ask for more money in general?
Is there any paper work I can have drawn up or court process I need to go through?
Thanks for reading!
