my solicitor and IFA have advised me to register a beneficial interest in a property my husband owns 50% of through inheritance. He is currently living there free and wants it ring fenced in the financial settlement process - this will leave me and the two kids £130,000 worse off (at least than him).

I just need to know which restriction from Practice guide 19 (section 7) to use and what wording should I input into panel 9? its very confusing. I just want to register my interest in the property he half owns because we are still married.
