Hello everyone, I have had some legal advice on the draft order written up at the FDR. The solicitor that I spoke to advised that a few parts of it be taken out as they were not necessary. I also asked for a schedule of items that my ex wants once the house is sold. Some of the amounts towards the mortgage (which I pay) are incorrect so I asked for them to be ammended.
Our house has been on the market with a single agent for almost 8 months now with no offers and not many viewings, so I have asked if the agents can be changed in order to get the sale moving.
I have now been threatened again by his solicitor about taking me back to court as I have "gone back" on the court order?
Any advise on this pleaae? Should I just sign it and get it over with?
Thank you
