Ex moved out mid-2015. I had my property valued 1 month later. Divorce finally started (I literally paid the £550 this morning). Over the years, my property has increased in value. When it comes to the financial aspect, will it be a valuation of what it is worth now, or what it was worth then (about £15k less)?
