Found hidden assets after court order

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a financial order on 23rd July 2019.

July 2021 I found that my ex has hidden some joint investment and had not declared this to the court. The joint assets to today's value is £13,789.

When he found out I was investigating these, he quit his job and take an early retirement ( he is nearly 60, his pension is around £400K), the payment of the child maintenance also stopped. He asked my daughter told me that if I even go to court again, as I am working and has rental income (sometimes I let a room out to meet the month end) , he would have right to ask me for maintenance.

Please could you kindly to help me to understand where I am stand for ?

If I go back to court, what should I do please?

What are you hoping to achieve by going back to court?

How much was the original pot worth at the time of the divorce and how was this split? If this investment had been known about at the time would it have changed the outcome to any great degree?

In short is it worth even considering having your original order set aside and all the expense in time, money and mental energy for a share of £14k?
