S2bx made me sign over 3 joint accounts to him when I was at my lowest point, at the time I had no idea what I was signing. Any way over £31000 has gone missing and s2bx says he has no money even though he is so far worth well over £1000000. However my question is will the fact I have been told by his staff as well as his own sons that he now has joint bank accounts with his girlfriend be taken seriously by my sol and the judge? Will he be forced to give details on those accounts? Sadly I only have my sons and his staffs word for this and can not prove they exist. Incidently they were living together but she has moved out recently, we have court next month again....3rd time lucky!
I think I can answer my own question really .....guess I can kiss my share of the account money good bye!I guess we live and learn should have taken my share of the money out when I had the chance.

Can you provide evidence that he alone removed and used/has the money...you can request h produces evidence of income/assets and his share of any joint account is to be included in this.

Hope this helps.

Hi, All assets from the day of separation (thats if you have solicitor in writing) will be taken as joint assets debts included, wether moved elsewhere. 50/50 A court can ask for all his assets to be included
