Hi,
is there any redress for a person who was bullied into not having a solicitor, and physically forced to sign papers? He cut her out of pension, gives no child support, has kept the £1.2million pound house (while she now lives in a tiny bungalow), and threatens to use his financial
might to take children away.
Sincerely
Another angry divorcee

Are you referring to the divorce or do you have a legally binding financial order in place?

If it is a Consent Order we're you fully aware of his financial position?

Potentially it could be overturned if there was undue influence and duress. Fraud could be another reason if you were deliberately misled and his financial circumstances were not fully declared.

You really do need legal advice on this one. See if you can book a free half hour with a good solicitor.
