hi everyone,
a little help please i filed for divorce via gov.uk on 26th feb 24, i a have a question on how to cancel divorce,
I am not sure if he has received anything via email, as he not stated.
i think i did it to quickly without making sure it is the right thing to do, even tho he is being very difficult with the house sale , thats a different story, any ideas please

You can write to the court and apply to withdraw your divorce application. Be aware that you will not get a refund of the £593 court fee and will need to pay the fee again if you decide to reapply in the future.
