Dear Sir,
I got my Decree Nisi way back in December 2021 and i totally forgot to apply for a Decree Absolute,lots has happen,event after event and a new life where am planning to get married,and with that I discovered i need to apply for a Decree Absolute.Am worried because it has been 2 years plus,do you think the court will still issue the Decree Absolute?

Have you sorted out a financial settlement? Are there jointly owned assets, pensions etc to divide. Any children to consider?
You really should get a financial order in place even if it is just to dismiss future claims.
That said, you can apply for the Decree Absolute on D36. You'll need an accompanying letter explaining the delay, and confirming that you and your ex have not lived as man and wife since the decree nisi and there are no (further) children born of the marriage.
