Help!!!!!! Unfortunately, my wife has decided she has had enough. I have moved out but I am still paying ALL the bills for the marital home. I can't afford it and keep me going. Is she obliged to pay some or all of the bills? This is bleeding me more than dry. HELP

She is responsible for utilities if she is living there. Council tax - She can apply for a reduction if she is living alone. Gas, electric, water.
If you are not living there you only need to pay towards any joint bills eg: joint mortgage. Go to citizens' advice for a check up of who you need to talk to about finances.
