Thats a lot of weight to lose, Stuka - I hope you are eating properly now?

In the 12 months following my separation, I lost over a third of my body weight (about 6 stone in total) however my love of chocolate has since seen me put on some of that weight and am now a healthy weight.

Losing too much weight too quickly is unhealthy, and has kinds of ramifications. When I was really thin, I thought I looked fab - but everyone else thought I looked ill and looking back at some of the photos, I have to admit that I looked dreadful.

Now that Ive mentioned chocolate, I quite fancy some for breakfast

Im trying to be good and loose a few pounds, Ive found using the Wii Fit beneficial as well as having a glass of water when I think Im hungry (we often mistake thirst for hunger).

Fortunately it's a well know fact that if you cut through Christmas pudding, cake and mince pies before eating the calories fall out, making them virtually calorie-free.
