So first time back at the gym today since before Christmas B) :( didn''t think it was best to go with a chest infection!

So I have done my first 45 minute spinning class this year and I survived :woohoo:

Although I am going to feel it tomorrow :blink:

Well done you! Even if you are sore tomorrow, you will be chuffed with yourself for going. Exercising makes me feel so much better and my gym sessions have really helped me to get through my trauma and heartbreak.:)
